Chris Deering

Chris Deering is one of the longest serving and most senior members of the European games industry. He has been involved with film, video and interactive entertainment in Europe since 1982, initially as Vice President - International for Atari game consoles and computers, and subsequently as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Columbia Pictures International Video, and from 1995 to 2005 as Chief Executive Office of Sony Computer Entertainment - Europe (SCEE). Chris now serves on the boards of Codemasters (as Chairman), In Game Advertising Worldwide, Geomerics, Playspan and Wayfinder Systems. Chris is a graduate of Boston College in Computer Science and has a MBA in marketing from Harvard Business School.
